Cronulla Running Coaching
My vision is to help experienced runners achieve their performance goals on the track, road, cross country or trail. I work to help you enjoy your running and embrace the great many ways in which running helps to empower us and teach us that we have no limitations in life. All your running programs will be personalised. We work together on the strategies, methods and pathways to create a steady improvement in your running performance.
If you’re a regular runner, our Cronulla running group offers you the chance to experience a culture of fun and dedication to everything which running offers us, together. Running is so many things, a competitive sport, a lifestyle, a mode of fitness, a mental health coach, a moving and breathing meditation, a means of communing with nature and a pathway to unlimited growth. You’ll experience all this and more with Love Running.
If your ambition is to get started with running, Love Running is what you’re looking for. My “Zero to Hero” 12 week course will get you fired up and achieving the ability to run a regular 5k in a safe and effective manner. You’ll learn so much about footwear, running gear, your mind and body and the world of running as the course progresses. Whatever your weight, your level of fitness or your age, with the right coaching we will get there together.
Whether you want competition, fitness or community, your starting line is this way.
A youth running group where we work on personal growth, running and sports performance.
I took up running in 1986 when I was working as a PT and aerobics instructor. I loved it from the start and as I extended my daily runs I soaked up the challenge and revelled in the powerful affirmative alchemy which happens when we press against our boundaries and tear down negative self belief every day.
I soon found my way into competitive Athletics, specialising in 800m running. I became a state champion cross country runner and enjoyed years of the energy of training with an elite squad and the thrill of racing every weekend with my friends and peers. I was coached by the amazing Bill Pratt. They were years and experiences I’ll always treasure. Since retiring from racing I have continued to enjoy my daily runs. I see Love Running as my way of sharing with you everything I’ve learned and enjoyed across the years. I’m a Personal Trainer, Level 2 Running Coach, registered with Athletics Australia.
