If you’re new and wish to sign up, please email me your name and phone number along with:
1. The program you wish to join
2. Your age and training history if any
3. Some of your goals
4. Any injuries which you may have experienced in the past.
I will reply with a pre-exercise health screen so we’re sure you’ll be ready to start and participate safely. Please get this back to me prior to commencing or when you come along on the first day.
If you’re starting the Zero to Hero program and missed the link for additional information on the page, you can download an info guide on everything you’ll need to know to be ready to start.
If you’re signing up a child for the Junior Performance squad, download an info guide so you’ll have everything you’ll need to know to be ready to start. There are also a couple of rules around parents, coaches and minors which we need to follow and these are on the info sheet.
If paying weekly, payments should be in by Fridays. If paying monthly, payments should be in by the end of each month. I email a receipt when I receive payments. Money hassles happen. If you’re having money trouble please let me know and we’ll sort it.
